1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using VoteApp, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, do not use this platform.

2. Organization Accounts

Organizations must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts are subject to admin approval. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

3. Payments & Voting

All vote payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Paystack/Flutterwave). Payments are non-refundable once votes are confirmed. Vote prices are set by each organization.

4. Withdrawals

Organizations may request withdrawals of earned funds to their registered bank accounts. Withdrawals are subject to admin review and processing. Processing time is 1-3 business days.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use this platform for fraudulent contests, vote manipulation, or any illegal activities. VoteApp reserves the right to investigate and take action on suspicious activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

VoteApp is not responsible for disputes between organizations and their voters. We provide the platform infrastructure only.
